WHO WE ARE?
In 2020, based on the concept of Mr. Sanjeewa Senadheera, “Tech Food” was started to provide the scientific and technical knowledge needed in the food industry to entrepreneurs in Sri Lanka. It has enabled a large number of new entrepreneurs in the food sector to gain knowledge and improve their products and businesses. Our organization has worked to identify people who are engaged in small-scale food manufacturing in Sri Lanka and provided them with the necessary scientific and technical knowledge free of charge to help them succeed in their businesses. Through the “Tech Food” channel, which was launched in February 2020, we have worked to share the knowledge not only with entrepreneurs and businessmen in the food industry but also with a large number of students studying food science and technology. In order to make this service more successful, our "Tech Food" office was opened in Galewela City in August 2023. This allows you to learn scientific and technical knowledge in practice and by meeting with our team. In addition, through the "Gaman Maga" project started by our organization, we have worked to provide welfare to the farmers and small businessmen of Sri Lanka.
2020 දී, “Tech Food” හි නිර්මාතෘ සංජිව සේනාධීර මහතාගේ සංකල්පයක් මත ආහාර ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ තාක්ෂණික දැණුම ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ව්‍යවසායකයන් අතරට රැගෙනයාම සඳහා Tech Food ආරම්භ කරන ලදී. එමගින් ආහාර ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ නව ව්‍යවසායකයින් විශාල ප්‍රමාණයකට දැණුම ලබාගැනීමට හැකිවූ අතර ඔවුන්ගේ නිෂ්පාදන සහ ව්‍යාපාර වැඩි දියුණු කරගැනීමටද හැකිවී ඇත. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සුළු පරිමාණ ලෙස ආහාර නිෂ්පාදනයන් සිදුකරන පුද්ගලයින් හදුනාගෙන ඔවුන්ට අවශ්‍ය විද්‍යාත්මක සහ තාක්ෂණික දැණුම නොමිලේම ලබාදී ඔවුන්ගේ ව්‍යාපාර සාර්ථක කරගැනීම සඳහා අත්වැලක් වීමට අප ආයතනය, “Tech Food” කටයුතු කර ඇත්තෙමු. 2020 පෙබරවාරි මාසයේ ආරම්භ කල “Tech Food” නාලිකාව හරහා ආහාර ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ ව්‍යවසායකයින්, ව්‍යාපාරිකයින්ට පමණක් නොව ආහාර විද්‍යාව සහ තාක්ෂණය හදාරණ සිසු සිසුවියන් විශාල ප්‍රමාණයකටද අවශ්‍ය දැණුම බෙදාදීමට අප කටයුතු කර ඇත. මෙම සේවාව තවත් සාර්ථක ලෙස ඔබ අතරට ගෙනයාම සඳහා 2023 අගෝස්තු මාසයේදී “Tech Food” අපගේ නවතම කාර්යාලය ගලේවෙල නගරයේ විවෘත කරන ලදී. එමගින් ව්‍යවසායකයින්ට අවශ්‍ය විද්‍යාත්මක සහ තාක්ෂණික දැනුම ප්‍රායෝගිකව සහ උපදේශකයින් හමුවී දැනගැනීමට අවස්ථාව හිමි වී ඇත. එපමණක් නොව අප ආයතයනය මගින් ආරම්භ කල "ගමන් මග" ව්‍යාපෘතිය හරහා ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ගොවීන්ට සහ සුළුපරිමාණ ව්‍යාපාරිකයින්ට සුභසාධනය සැලසීමටද කටයුතු කර ඇත.
